TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• While all efforts will be made by us to complete assignments, we do not stand guarantee of results - in terms of the client’s suspicions proving wrong.

• Given the dangers involved,  please note that only relevant videos or pictures will be taken. 

​

•    If a case is put on hold by the client for any reason after an advance has been paid, the same shall be held as credit for a period of one month. Subsequently, it will stand forfeited by the client.​

​

• Payments pertaining to a case will be limited to only that assignment. If an assignment is concluded within a shorter span of time than expected, no adjustment on the amount will be entertained. ​

​

• Any additional requirement, if accepted by us, will be at an added charge.
